Best 7 Kratom Strains For Pain
Can Kratom work to manage pain?
The components of Kratom are alkaloids, namely mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine. These are the dominant alkaloids in Kratom that may deliver physical pain relief, as users suggest.
According to research studies, Kratom may increase the production of endorphins in the body. Endorphins act on the opiate receptors in the brain. They boost pleasure and decrease pain, which results in a feeling of well-being.
Finding the best kratom for pain is a great way to enhance your quality of life. Based on the testimonials of users we have come across; the following are some of the best strains for pain.
1. Green Maeng Da Kratom
Green Maeng Da is undoubtedly the most popular of Kratom strains, and for good reason too. It is also one of the most unique strains, a uniqueness that can be attributed to it not initially being a naturally occurring strain. It was specifically bred to increase the concentration of the alkaloids.
Its high concentration of both Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine enables it to possess the most powerful analgesic properties. The icing on the cake is that even though it is the most effective variety around, users say it is more stimulating than it is sedating, meaning that you can take it during the day and go about your normal activities.
According to kratomscience.eu, Maeng Da also improves the body’s energy levels, leaving you more active. As a result, people have used it time and again as a remedy for fatigue. People’s online reports also suggest that Maeng Da is a mood booster and elevates the cognitive processes of the brain, thus, you can think faster.
There are three available vein colors for this strain; red vein, white vein, and green vein. Red vein Maeng Da is the strongest of the three.
2. White Indo Kratom
White Indo Kratom is part of the larger family referred to as Sunda Strains, which includes other strains like Red Borneo, Bali, and Sumatra. However, each one of them has different concentrations and effects.
However, it may not be great for everyone. Kratom enthusiasts say its effects are more sedating than the other strains.
The people who use Indo Kratom to manage pain say that it has long-lasting effects. They say it helps reduce different kinds of pain. Kratomexchange.com also supports that notion. It recommends Red Indo for people with muscle injuries or pain. The strains is said to help the muscles relax.

3. Red Bali Kratom
Native to the southeastern part of Asia, Red Bali Kratom is considered one of the purest forms of Kratom available. Due to its potency, individuals claim to use it for both its pain palliation effects and its stimulating effects. Bali Kratom is available in three vein colors; red, white, and green strains.
When it comes to the most stable Bali strain to use for pain, the red vein strain is the preferred choice. As reported by kratommasters.com, one of the most potent Kratom strains for pain is red vein Kratom.

Users also claim that Red Bali Kratom is an effective relaxing agent.
4. Red Borneo Kratom
According to sacredkratom.com, Borneo Kratom possesses higher levels of the alkaloid 7-hydroxymitragynine than other popular strains such as Maeng Da. This means that its pain relief properties are unique.
Of the three available vein colors; white borneo, red borneo, and green borneo, the Red Vein Borneo is the most efficient. Red Vein Borneo is stronger than Red Vein Bali, but the benefits are akin to one another. Users say that it also elevates mood and proliferates the energy levels of the body.
Red Vein Borneo is said to have the most relaxing effects of the three strains. However, if you desire a more balanced effect between the stimulating and sedating properties, the better alternative is green vein Borneo. According to people’s comments online, Green Borneo Kratom has strong anxiolytic and analgesic properties. Users say that a small dose of this strain is effective with anxiety while higher doses tend to cause sedation.
5. Malaysian Kratom
Though not as effective as Maeng Da, Kratom enthusiasts on Reddit say that Malay Kratom may provide a good alternative for pain relief. It is highly concentrated with the alkaloid mitragynine, and, this suggests that it is a viable option for those whose pain is affecting their general productivity.
Malay Kratom is the perfect middle ground for the numerous strains there are. Though not as effective as the strains mentioned earlier, it offers a lesser sedation effect than what you would experience in Borneo and Bali Kratom.
Amongst the vein colors, the strain to go for when it comes to pain is the Green Vein Malaysian Kratom, often referred to as Super Green Malay. It has a plethora of different properties other than the analgesic properties; focusing your mood and senses, and stimulating the brain.

7. Bentuangie Kratom
This strain is one of the newer strains of Kratom to hit the market. Like most other strains of Kratom, the origins of this one can be traced back to the forests and lands of Indonesia.

The users of Bentuangie Kratom have stated that it is a gentle mood stimulant and helps calm the nerves. This strain works better at smaller doses. At higher doses, it can cause adverse effects. The users praise this strain for its attributes as a mild mood stimulant and natural relaxant.

It is important to understand that the effects of Kratom may vary depending on different factors. Some of these factors include your body shape and size, metabolic rate, eating habits, and your daily activities, whether your lifestyle is active or sedentary.
It is also vital to take into consideration the type of pain you are experiencing. This plays one of the most critical roles in selecting the type of strain you should use.
There are different forms to use Kratom. You can either purchase the herbal extract in powder or in capsule form. It is easier to ingest the capsules. However, they tend to be slightly more expensive than the other forms.

What to consider before you buy Kratom for pain
Many times, pain, and insomnia are interlinked. The individuals who suffer from chronic pain usually find it difficult to sleep. Therefore, as you buy Kratom for pain, you need to research the underlying properties of various strains and opt for the ones with higher sedating characteristics.

Though it comes in different strains, Kratom may be an option for anyone with chronic pain.
Red Vein has been handling pain issues for me. Pain is the number one reason I use kratom. Reds in general have done miracles for managing my pain. They can be overwhelmingly sedative tho. When i can’t afford to be tired, I’ll mix reds with a white. Red Maeng Da + White Malay/White MD. One of the best combos I’ve ever had.
I’m new to kratom. I recently stopped taking my pain meds and I am looking for a healthier alternative.
I recently bought green bali and it hasn’t helped. Help is appreciated!
I can’t give an explanation but I only get pain relief from certain Greens and Whites but I have to mix them. I won’t get relief by just taking a green. I’ve never got anything from a red. I don’t know if this is how other people are but that’s how it’s always been for me. I’ve read many stories from people who take for pain and they have great results from every red they try but thats never been the case for me.
I’m kinda new to Kratom, heard it is excellent for pain relief. Can’t take tramadol and thought I may give Kratom a try. Does it help? Any thoughts?
Any good dose for beginners?
