    • My favorite method of taking kratom powder would probably have to be tossing and washing with chocolate milk. I fill up about half of my mouth with chocolate milk, toss in half of my dose, sip up more chocolate milk, swish, then swallow. Repeat again for the other half of the dose. No bitterness or anything left behind, and none stuck in my throat! It’s a very quick way of getting my kratom in for the day.

      Next, add a constant comment teabag, and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
      Remove the teabag, add honey and lemon.
      Enjoy the refreshing brew.

    • I’ve been taking kratom for years and my dose is about 6-8 grams 3x a day. Anyways, I’m having pretty major dental surgery very soon and I think it will be impossible to do my tried and true toss and wash for a week.
