A Complete Guide To Red Bali Kratom 2020 (Effects, Strains, Dosage, Etc)

Red Bali Kratom, sometimes called Bali Red Kratom, is one of the most popular and well liked of all Kratom strains. When it comes to Kratom, Red Bali stands out for its many excellent properties, its generally high and consistent quality, it’s good availability and not least, its affordability. If you are interested in finding out more, we offer you here a wide ranging Red Bali Kratom review.

Kratom is a leaf which comes from the tropical evergreen tree, mitragyna speciosa. This tree grows in several countries in South East Asia. They are very large trees, and the leaves themselves are also large – up to nine inches long. They grow in the rainforest, but these days, they are also carefully cultivated by commercial growers, and this helps to maintain high quality and consistency of the leaf. Rather like excellent strains of coffee which command high prices because of their origin, very good Kratom, well cultivated, offers a very good gourmet type product to the consumer. (Kratom is in fact a member of the coffee family.)

There are three main types of Kratom – green vein kratom, red vein kratom and white vein kratom. The names refer to the color of the veins in the leaves, not to the leaves themselves. So Red Bali doesn’t have red, or even red tinged leaves, rather it has red veins.

The name seems to suggest that Red Bali Kratom comes from the island of Bali. In fact, this doesn’t seem to be the case. It might be that the first Red Bali was exported through the port at Bali, and this became its commercial name. The origins of the name are a little lost in history, but what we do know is that Red Bali Kratom was bred as a hybrid from Sumatran and Borneo Kratom strains, in an effort to create a very attractive and nicely balanced herb. Each type of Kratom has a slightly different alkaloid profile, leading to the slightly different benefits and attributes which each Kratom has to offer. You can find Red Bali Kratom for sale on most reputable Kratom sites.

Red Bali Kratom Effects And Properties

All red vein Kratoms share certain properties. They are noted for their ability to calm and sooth, may help with pain and aid sleep. Red Bali Kratom has a particularly good profile in the following areas:

Pain Relief

Red Vein Bali Kratom, as it is sometimes called, has very good pain relieving capabilities. It seems to be especially helpful for back pain and other problems where muscle tension and strain may be involved. Pain due to chronic conditions or simple wear and tear on the body due to old age may require continuous pain relief. Many conventional pain relievers have unwanted side effects, or can be addictive.

Red Bali Kratom is particularly liked for its gentle and fast pain relieving capabilities. It must be emphasized that every person responds to Kratom differently and so you may not experience the same good quality pain relief that other people report. However, if you are struggling with constant pain, it makes sense to give Red Bali Kratom a try.

However, if you are using any herbal or alternative medicine, and that includes Red Bali Kratom, you should make sure that you educate yourself on the possibility of side effects, and that it might be habit forming.

Many of us live lives which are ultra-stressed. Whatever we are doing, we feel guilty because we should perhaps be doing something else. Some of us juggle a family and a job. Some of us juggle a family and more than one job! Some people are at the start of their careers, trying to get an education and figuring out what to do with their lives. Some of us are in the midst of our lives, still caring for youngsters while at the same time having to take responsibility for frail elders. It seems that there is never enough time just to relax and de-stress.

People might turn to pharmaceuticals for help, but increasingly, people suffering from stress seek out alternative solutions. Red Bali Kratom is a herbal supplement which has been used for hundreds of years to help people deal with the ups and downs of everyday life. Its gentle relaxing effect sooths and calms, without making you feel muddled. Red Kratom tea is particularly liked by many users as a bedtime drink last thing at night. It’s a great help for natural, relaxed sleep – both quantity and quality.

Mood Enhancement

The whole Red Kratom family is capable of being used for mood enhancement. Red Bali Kratom is no exception. However, it is slower acting than some of the Green family, which is the traditional source of energizing Kratom. If you have Red Bali Kratom on hand, you can certainly use it to lift you up if you are feeling down and depressed. Other Kratoms might work just a little better for this though.

How Can I Buy Red Bali Kratom?

Like most Kratoms, you can buy Red Bali Kratom on line in a variety of forms:

Kratom comes as a dried leaf which you can crumble up, steep to make a tea, or include in your cooking. Leaf can be hard to obtain, and of course as it is a natural product, there is no real way that you can figure out the exact dosage you are taking. Fresh leaves can be chewed, and this is the traditional way of using Kratom. Having said that you will be very lucky to find fresh Kratom in most parts of the world, as it is only grown in South East Asia.

kratom capsules

Red Bali Kratom Capsules are probably just about the most convenient and popular way of taking this Kratom. The capsules are made from gelatin and contain a pre-set amount of finely powdered Kratom leaf. They have the advantage of being available in a variety of doses, so you can be sure that you are get the precise amount that you want. Reputable companies take great care with the quality and composition of the Kratom that they use in their capsules.

Red Bali Kratom capsules are convenient to take, and avoid that rather bitter and unpleasant Kratom tastes, which for most people has to be disguised.

Red Bali Kratom powder is a flexible and economical way of buying Kratom. It gives you the option of using it to make a tea or other drink, to fill your own capsules or re-usable teabags, or to mix it with something like yogurt and simply eat it.

It also means that you can make your own blends, which many Kratom users really love to do. In order to use powdered Red Bali Kratom properly, you will need a precise electronic scale so that you can be sure that you are taking the correct amount, neither too much nor too little.

Teas and other drinks can be made from Red Bali Kratom, and lots of users really enjoy taking it this way. You can make hot tea, iced tea, milk shakes or smoothies. In fact, Red Bali Kratom, like all other Kratoms, is pretty awful to taste. It has a bitter, earthy flavor, but the more bitter the better in fact. This is because the bitterness comes from the alkaloids content of Kratom, which in turn is what gives it its effects. So the fresher and stronger the Kratom, the more bitter it should taste.

Here are list of things which you can use to mix with your Kratom powder to make it taste better.

Black or green tea

Herb or fruit tea

Orange juice

Lemon juice

Pineapple juice

Apple juice

Apricot nectar

Peach nectar

Plum juice

Pear juice

Cranberry juice

Milks of all kinds

Ice cream

Coconut water

Coconut cream

Flavored syrup

You can use your imagination to make a Red Bali Kratom drink which is palatable and even nutritious. Drink it before bedtime for relaxation and a soothing, restful night’s sleep.

Red Bali Kratom Powder Dosage

I cannot be said enough – everyone who takes Kratom is different. Some people have a high tolerance, and some people have a low tolerance. It doesn’t always follow that small people have a low tolerance, and big, heavy people a high tolerance – although this is a reasonable working assumption. So, be sensible, and steady as you go.

First, try a relatively small dose of around 2 grams. In about twenty minutes, you should begin to feel a reaction. If you are small or very slim, a dose as low as 1 gram may well be enough to start you off nicely.

Leave it for around three quarters of an hour, and then if you feel as if you would like a bit more of a bump, take another one or two grams. (Capsules in a variety of sizes are helpful here.)

After another thirty minutes, you should definitely be feeling some effect, if you are using well sourced, good quality Kratom. Now you could try taking up to another two grams, but it really shouldn’t be needed unless you are very resistant to the Kratom you are using.

At this point you should be feeling the good effects – calmness, pain killing or stimulation. These will last for around four to five hours.

If you want to go round again after five hours, then you can repeat the process. This is not recommended unless you are seeking pain relieving effects for serious pain, and you well might be if you are using Red Bali Kratom. After all tomorrow is another day, and there is really no need to overdo things.

For irregular use or if you rotate strains regularly to avoid tolerance, this will be as much as you’ll ever need or at least not much more.

Red Bali Kratom Side Effects

Just about everything you can eat or drink in this world can have side effects, and Red Bali Kratom is no different. After all, even a simple cup of coffee can give you the jitters! Taking any strain of Kratom, you might experience headaches, stomach cramps, nausea and other unwanted effects. If you do experience any of these effects, or feel at all unhappy with the way that you feel, discontinue using Kratom straight away, and if the symptoms don’t go away very quickly, or if they are severe, then consult your doctor. However, if you stick to a sensible regime, and don’t take more than suggested, you should find that you have no issues at all.

The key is moderation. Kratom should be an occasional help and pleasure, rather than a crutch that you rely on. The exception to this is the use of Red Bali Kratom for chronic and severe pain, in which case, you should take the advice of an experienced practitioner at all times.

  • My favorite strain of all time!!
